You know how much I just loved to curl up in the winter and read a good book. Unfortunately in the winter our basement gets quite cold, and that happens to be where our bedroom is located. The blizzard of 2013 has come and gone, but the aftermath still continues. The kids still do not have school today, as three of the six schools in our district are without power. We are hoping they get things up and running soon, as kids already have off all next week for their winter break. We also don't want to have the kids in school until the end of June.
