Since the beginning of the year, I've been looking for healthier options to fit in better with my new plan to eat healthy and lose weight. One of my downfalls this past year has been frequenting Starbucks for coffee and treats. Not only is it not healthy to eat and drink there on a regular basis, but it also gets quite pricey too. The blizzard of 2013 has come and gone, but the aftermath still continues. The kids still do not have school today, as three of the six schools in our district are without power. We are hoping they get things up and running soon, as kids already have off all next week for their winter break. We also don't want to have the kids in school until the end of June. True confession time. I am not at my goal weight, I do not eat everything I am supposed to, and I struggle daily with weight issues and food. It's been like this my entire life.
