The Thirteenth Week………
I Have Some New Motivation!
I am in my thirteenth week on the Nutrisystem diet, and even though this is my first week back to exercising the scales sure did not show it. I gained an entire pound this week. So bummed. I was even doing well with my water and exercising. I’m not sure what happened. Gaining is not fun though.
I was feeling really bad about it when one of my fellow bloggers here in Rhode Island asked if I wanted to be part of her Project10 program she was starting. She decided it would be fun if a bunch of mom bloggers from Rhode Island wanted to get together to encourage each other, help with tips and advice for one another, and just be there to support living healthy together.

Also, our group’s personal health adviser will be Running and Cupcakes! She has some great health and fitness tips on her site! I will be back next week with another Nutrisystem update and my update with Project10 to get my exercising in gear!
