I participated in this sponsored campaign for One2One Network. All opinions stated are my own. Have you heard of Max Steel? This will undoubtably be a hot item this Halloween and Holiday Season! From the DVDs to cool toys to costumes, there is so much you can do with the the newest and coolest superhero from Mattel. Max is like any other high school student, but when he teams up with Steel their combined forces unlock superhero powers that … [Read more...]

I finally finished a book this week, The Ocean at the End of the Lane: A Novel by Neil Gaiman. I found this book on the shelf at Barnes & Noble and picked it up. I read the back and it seemed like an interesting read to me. I suggested it to my book club, and it ended up being the one we decided on for this month. One … [Read more...]

Yes, there is E. coli here in my water! I live in Kent County, Rhode Island and we just got a message to boil the water due to E. coli in the water. Word spread through Facebook, Twitter, TV, and word of mouth within hours of the announcement. I went to the store to get some bottled water (just in case), and apparently everyone else in town had the same idea! Luckily, we got some before it sold out! We are going to have to spend about 3-5 days … [Read more...]
