We Are All About Getting Ready for the Holidays
We’ve been talking about preparing for the holidays here at MamaLuvsBooks, and here is another great idea for your stockings. Have you ever thought about adding Nivea lotion to your shopping lists for a stocking stuffer? Winter is that time of the year when our skin gets dry and chapped in the cool windy conditions outside, and what better to help your skin but Nivea lotion? I love using practical items along with fun items in the stockings. This is definitely something people need for this time of the year!
My kids went with my to Walmart to look for some good Nivea lotion we could use on our dry skin. We didn’t realize there would be such a large selection of Nivea products. There are lotions for all types of skin, lotions that do all different things, and many different size bottles to choose from. We chose the Smooth Sensation daily lotion for dry skin. We got the medium-sized bottle. We looked at the smaller ones too. Those looked like a great size for stocking stuffers, but with the kids around I couldn’t get them yet. I’ll have to go back and get the smaller ones for their stockings later.

After browsing through the Holiday Gift Guide I found some other products I would love to get this holiday season! I’ve tried the Starbucks Holiday Blend and loved it, so I’m glad I saw it in here to remind me to get it as gifts for others! I’m so giving my husband the travel size NIVEA in his stocking this year! It just rocks and it is far too dry here in Idaho.
And those Tyson Anytizers…Oh my! I tried the Chicken and bacon Bruschetta and they were AMAZING. 🙂
My skin is super sensitive and eczema prone so I haven’t tried Nivea products. But I do think that lotion is a great stocking stuffer! I love travel sized tubes to throw in them.
I’m a fan of Nivea and it seems like they are always inventing something new!
Why did you show me those Pepperidge Farm candy cane cookies? Putting some Nivea lotion in their stockings is a great idea! I love that kind of lotion anyhow!

I loooove Nivea! It’s one of the only lotions, besides the ones I make, that can keep my skin moisturized during the winter.
This is so funny, but my husband loves the NIVEA brand and my 10 year old got him a bunch of their products from lotion to lip balm for my husband for Christmas!! They are the BEST for curing dry winter skin!
Thank goodness for lotion. My skin would shrivel up in the winter months otherwise!
