The Twenty-third Week………
~ Each Week You Can Have A Fresh Start ~
I’ve just finished my twenty-third week on the program, and I really need to keep my motivation with Nutrisystem! It was a rough week this week, as we were getting ready for Back-to-School and doing our final days of summer outings. There was stress, eating out, and no exercise. Not good at all!!! Well, the kids are now in school, so I am looking forward to a new week beginning and a fresh start! The one thing I love about this program (besides the food which is yummy), is the fact if you fall down you can get right back on up! There is such a supportive community to go to, and you can also re-evaluate your goals weekly! Here are my goals for this week:
1. Back into the gym! (realistic goal=2 or 3 times)
2. Make sure I don’t snack too often (drink a shake to hold me over instead or make healthier snacking choices)
3. Record what I am eating (this is HUGE for weight loss success!!)
4. And of course…DRINK MORE WATER!
My favorite food of the week:
PROGRESS SO FAR:
Starting Weight: 165
Current Weight: 154 (gained 1 pound this week)
Total Loss: 11 pounds!!!
Here’s to a NEW WEEK! Please leave me a COMMENT telling me what accomplishments you had this week in your journey to be healthy!

I feel ya on the stress and not getting to work out as much. It’s been a hectic week here too and I’m excited to for things to calm down and get back into a routine again. Best of luck next week!
I wish you the best of luck- losing weight can be hard (I know, I’m on a similar journey), but your weight-loss progress so far is a real inspiration! I might just try that omelet- it looks super good, and can’t wait for school to start (we still have a little less than a week until it starts) so that I can get back into the routine of things, structure always helps!
That is definitely going to be me this week. It’s been a very stressful weekend and I need to get re-motivated.I’ve fallen off the bandwagon a few times myself. 🙁
I love the fresh start. I’m hoping to start my fresh start early in the morning and have a better end to my weekend.
Keep up the great work !
I LOVED those ham and cheese omelets. Love, love, love. I miss my Nutrisystem. It made life so easy.
Btw, you are SO right about writing down what you eat. So critical. You lose track of everything that goes into your mouth…and it’s a real reality-check and motivator!
Good luck I know how hard it is to lose weight. That omelet does look quite yummy.
I’m having the same kind of week! lol I just realized that one day I ate 3 brownies, a cup of yogurt and an apple. Oops – Not exactly the stellar diet I need ! Thanks for the reminder that each week is a new sttart!
That omelet looks yummy! It’s true if you write down what you eat you feel better overall and make yourself accountable. Don’t forget to drink your water! 🙂
this look soo good. Wow what great success on your weight loss. stay patient and it will happen.
You’re doing good! Congrats on the weight loss.
That omelet looks great! Yay for your progress! I too have started a new healthier me plan. I’m now working out everyday, even if it’s just fifteen minutes. Great to get the muscles working 🙂
I’ve never thought of Back to School as being a challenging time. Looks like you are doing pretty well overall. Keep up the good work.
I dropped by early but am back from blogging social. 11 pounds is great keep up the work its paying off.
You are going in the right direction!!!
Awww!! I hope you are doing better! Give yourself a break. 🙂 Some weeks are stressful and we just need to forget about them!

I have problems with snacking too!
The omlette look delicious, i love eating eggs for breakfast lunch or dinner!
Food journaling is definitely what helps me stay aware of what I’m doing!
Great job losing 11 lbs! I’m struggling this week. The biggest culprits are Dr. Pepper and not taking the time to exercise.
It’s hard to continue for so long but just keep thinking how healthier you are feeling and how so much better you will feel when you reach your goal 🙂
You’re doing great! I’m sure that you’ll have a great week!
11 LBS!!! Good job so far! Stress eating and midnite munchies are my down falls. I like breakfast for dinner, and left overs for breakfast, lol.

You’re doing so great! I wish I was in the right frame of mind to go on a diet.
You are doing great. Keep on track and you got this! That omlet looks really yummy!
