Nutrisystem Week 24: Putting It All Out There

The Twenty-fourth Week………

~ A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words ~

I’ve just finished my twenty-fourth week on the program, and  with the help of Nutrisystem I was able to meet some of my goals and I’m still working on the others!

Here were my goals last week:

1. Back into the gym! (realistic goal=2 or 3 times)
2. Make sure I don’t snack too often (drink a shake to hold me over instead or make healthier snacking choices)
3. Record what I am eating (this is HUGE for weight loss success!!)
4. And of course…DRINK MORE WATER!

So, what did I accomplish…..

I did better with snacking and made better choices in between my meals. I drank more water and iced tea! Staying hydrated is always a battle for me. Things I STILL need to work on: getting to the gym and writing down my food. I KNOW both of these are essential to weight loss, but for some reason I can’t always get myself in the groove. Once I’m in the groove then it’s easy; it’s just all about doing it NOW!!! That’s what I’m working on for this week!

As this is titled “Putting It All Out There,” I wanted to share a recent pic I did not like of myself. I always find pictures are motivating tools! I feel like the mirror and pictures show two totally different people! I was taking this pic for a review for boots and realized after I saw it that I was not happy with it!!! It’s now my NEW motivation for the week!

  12. Congratulations! I am on Weight Watchers. I started it on June 12. I have lost 12.6 lbs right now. It is hard for me to find time to exercise but I need to. Plus, I need to drink more water. Last week my goal was 3 days of exercise and I met it, thankfully. Now I need to keep it up!

    Thanks for sharing. Good luck!
