Nutrisystem Week 15: Goals, Goals, and More Goals

The Fifteenth Week………

Chugging Along!

I am in my fifteenth week on the Nutrisystem diet. I was super busy this week, and we went out to eat to celebrate our 11-year anniversary and my 38th birthday! I did okay. It’s hard to go out sometimes because I am trying to order things that are healthy choices when I’m out. Also, when you eat out and don’t eat your Nutrisystem meal it seems strange and some days when that happens I feel like I failed that day. I know real life comes into play though and you do have to eat out. I’ve tried to come to the realization that life means eating out and you can’t always eat your meals at home. I’ve started to try and feel that eating healthy the best I can while I’m out is okay and not a failure.

I have truly been failing at exercise though. This week my goal is to work on it. I guess I got so used to not working out while I had my energy, so it’s VERY hard to get back in the weekly habit. Goal = exercise at least 30 min a day, three times a week!

Looking at my wedding pics will be my motivation this week! I’ve been there before so I know I can do it again!!!

PROGRESS SO FAR:
Starting Weight: 165
Current Weight: 157.0 (no gain, no loss this week)
Total Loss: 8 pounds!!!  (Almost to my Teddy Bear ~ PLEASE)!

Here’s to a NEW WEEK! Please leave me a COMMENT telling me what accomplishments you had this week in your journey to be healthy!

  1. You can do it! Hang in there…Nutrisystem is a great program and it works, if you hang in there and stick with it. I loved it when I was on it.

  2. You are doing great and eating healthy. Making the right choices is the most important thing.

  3. looks like you’re doing good so far! I really need to start..i have a weight loss goal of 10-15 pounds, but i lack the motivation.

  4. Even if you’re not losing weight, be glad you’re not gaining! This week I weighed myself and decided it was time to start something. So I’m going to start walking on the trail behind the house and work on portion control.
Good luck and keep your head up!

  5. YOu look great on your wedding day! YOu are doing a great job and making great choices. Congrats!

  6. WTG on the weight loss! Portion control is usually a big problem that nutrisystem helps.
As for the exercising, you should find something you enjoy doing that is a workout. If possible try not using your car for an errand. Walk or ride a bike to get done what you need to do. Don’t just park the car and stay at home.

  7. (((HUGS)))). I am on week 1 – what a trooper you are to be that far into the program and getting some weight off.

  8. Hey no gain is still good! Let’s see… my accomplishment was only gaining a pound in the past month.

  9. I went out of town last week to visit my parents, and ended up gain 1.5 lbs… ugh! And I, too, am having trouble exercising. It’s my goal this week, plus lose the 1.5 lbs I gained. You didn’t gain anything, so that’s good! 🙂

  10. Healthy choices are tough when you eat out somewhere and see/smell all the yummy food. Chips and salsa are my biggest nemesis!! Keep working at it and you’ll reach your goals!

  11. I am so excited for you! Happy Anniversary. You are beautiful in your wedding pics! It is hard to have no loss after a whole week, but that always happens along the way. Good for you for sticking to it!

  13. You are such a beautiful bride! And beautiful mama!! You’re making great progress…and summer is here. Much easier to get outside for walks.
