Nutrisystem Week 4 – Back to the Gym & First Ever Vlog

The Fourth Week.........I am in my fourth week on the Nutrisystem diet. This week I was able to get back to doing mostly all Nurtisystem meals. I made it to the YMCA once this week to weight lift (I will be doing MORE at the gym this coming week). I also have to work on more water intake.
