I just finished reading "The No-Cry Picky Eater Solution" by, Elizabeth Pantley.  It is seriously one of the best informational parenting books I've read in a long time.  It came at the perfect time for me to read too!  My 4-year old son has never been a good eater, and lately it has been getting worse.  All he seems to do is ask for sweets or starve himself.  It's been super frustrating, and I feel like I've been failing as a parent.  A big … [Read more...]
