We all had to wash the old ford station wagon that he drove. It never want well because he was serious, and the kids wanted to play.

We did’t wash the cars the boys did in our family. My Dad Was a MIA of the Vietnam Era so i was raised without one. The boys did the outside work and the girls did the inside work more or less. Thanks for the giveaway

My grandpa, not my dad. But I remember him letting me wash his 81 Chevy Corvette when I was 5. I thought it was the greatest thing on earth.
A 1968 black Chevy, we loving referred to it as Black Beauty!
The first vehicle I had to wash was some old green truck! The main memories from that old truck were me and my siblings (all 5 of us!) riding in the back, rain, snow or extreme sunshine… it would be against the law today! lol
