What Does it Take for Effective eLearning?
~ It Takes a Team Approach ~
You all know I am a former educator, and so I know many times it takes more than one person to help facilitate effective learning to others. Not everyone can be an expert in every field all the time. It’s important to find people that can be an expert in a certain areas and then collaborate with a team to make the learning process most effective! For instance, I was better at teaching technology to my students and other teachers needed assistance, so we would switch and they would teach my kids science (which I was not as familiar with) while I taught their kids technology. Helping each other and finding people that are experts in certain skills can lead to a effective team approach. The same goes with eLearning.
