Week 14: Best Week So Far!!!

The Fourteenth Week……… 

This was a GREAT week!


I am in my fourteenth week on the Nutrisystem diet, and this has been my biggest loss yet. I gained an entire pound last week, so that might have something to do with it but it’s still an accomplishment. It helps to make me feel motivated! Also, my jeans are feeling a bit looser as well! Love that measure of success! Below is a picture of my motivating jeans look that I want some day!!! My jeans are not quite this size, but keeping on Nutrisystem I hope to get there! Oh, and I’ll take that stomach too!! And my tip for the week: MORE WATER!

Starting Weight: 165
Current Weight: 157.0 (lost 2.2 this week!!!)
Total Loss: 8 pounds!!!  (Almost to my Teddy Bear)!
