Have you ever visited the Uncommon Goods Site? It is amazing! There are so many unusual and cool things to look at. I truly spent hours looking at all the products they have available. While shopping on their site I decided on three items that I wanted to share with you.
First, I decided on a jewelry box. I have been misplacing my jewelry around the house because I had no where to store it. The jewelry box I got is shaped like a piano and has space for all types of jewelry. It is so different and cool looking. I also like that there is a lot of space and different areas to store things. I love it! Check out the pictures below:
The next item I got was a Japanese Udon bowl. I wanted to see one before I bought multiple bowls. It’s so neat looking, and since I own a lot of Japanese eating utensils it goes well with my sets. I’ve been to Japan twice and have many items from there. I think I may buy three more of these Udon bowls to have a nice set when people come over. And yes we do cook our own Japanese food as well as getting it from a restaurant. My kids’ favorite food is Miso Soup. I definitely recommend these bowls.
The last item I decided on is the World Map. My daughter who is 7-years old is constantly interested in geography. I love that. We have studied a lot about the United States (they also sell a US Map), but she said that she now wants to learn more about where places in the World are located. This map is nice and sturdy, colorful, and has a cool legend with goes with it. She wants to hang it on her wall above her bed later tonight.
