My favorite between meal snack varies. I tend to crave salty and chocolate things so I usually have some nuts in my desk at work. Occasionally I buy chocolate chip oatmeal bars to satisfy that chocolate craving.
My favorite snack to keep my full between meals is popcorn or nuts.
Low glycemic is really important especially for my husband since he has diabetes. He often chooses bars like these to snack on.

I usually choose something unhealthy to snack on in between meals. I could use some healthier versions of my fav fewest treats.
If I’m snacking between meals it’s usually something salty and crunchy. Like Bugles.
Fruit is a great snack. and in hot weather it cn be very refreshing!
Lately, I am all about Ritz Crackers and Chunky PB…can’t seem to get enough of it!

I like almonds a lot. They fill me up pretty well for some reason. I also like a little cottage cheese and some fruit.

My favorite snack to keep full between meals…coconut oil/cocoa/coconut milk “fudge” or almonds or a piece of cheese.
I love apple slices with peanut butter – it’s very filling.
