I live in Texas, so there isn’t to much of a Fall change. But i do love the 10 degrees of cooler weather. Instead of upper 90’s it’s upper to mid 80’s.

We just discovered that my oldest daughter is NOT allergic to pumpkin (she’s broke out twice after eating pumpkin, but it turns out she was allergic to environmental factors, not the pumpkin). Pumpkin is one of her favorite flavors, so we a finding anything and everything we can that has pumpkin in it. Lattes, oatmeal, ravioli, you name it. We’re so excited.

Fall is my favorite season. I love how beautiful it is and how the temperatures are just perfect and comfortable… not too hot and not too cold. Perfect for scenic nature walks and feeding the various wildlife around here that we love so much! Of course I love the fall holidays, Sweetest Day with my soulmate/bff love of my life husband Todd and for Halloween this year we are thinking about a haunted hayride and a sugar free chocolate treat and maybe rent or go see a thriller or mildly scary movie (he loves horror but straight up horror is too much for me so we compromise) and We are excited that there is a good possibility we may go see a live musical production of Sweeney Todd only an 1 1/2 drive from here for Halloween for a special treat! Then of course we love Thanksgiving and traveling 5 hrs to Northern MI to celebrate at my parents house and bring as many of our young adult kids that are able to come with us as possible, nothing is better than the opportunity to make priceless memories together for any reason!
Finally I absolutely love the scents and tastes of fall! I literally crave pumpkin all during fall especially in Oct and Nov. In sept I had put out Bath and Bodyworks Vermont Sugar Maple hand soap and now for Oct and Nov I have out Bath and Bodyworks Pumpkin Caramel Latte hand soap. I have also been treating myself to daily cups of Bigelow Pumpkin Spice tea. Mmmm!
At a local restaurant I tried their pumpkin French toast with pumpkin mousse DELICIOUS! I also had both Tim Hortons Pumpkin Spice frappe and McDonalds Pumpkin Spice Latte. Yummy!
