True confession time. I am not at my goal weight, I do not eat everything I am supposed to, and I struggle daily with weight issues and food. It's been like this my entire life. Most of you know that I was a teacher for eight years, but what you might not know is that I was privileged enough to be able to travel to Japan twice for teaching experiences.
