Nutrisystem Week 5 – The Chocolate Frosted Donut Rules!

The Fifth Week………

I am in my fifth week on the Nutrisystem diet. I was traveling again and did not have travel food left (only frozen meals), so I missed one post. This week I received my second shipment of food, so I am back on the diet fully. I will have to say traveling and eating out are a very hard thing when on the diet. I had family visiting as well. I did fine at home, but when we went out to meals it was much more difficult. 
 
One new thing I received in my new shipment of food is the chocolate frosted donut. It’s such a nice treat, and eating that and having a protein shake a couple hours later does keep you full! This week I am working on not eating out AT ALL! Trips are over and family is gone. I am ONLY putting in my mouth food from Nutrisystem. Starting Weight: 165
Current Weight: 161.4
Total Loss: 3.6 pounds

  3. Well, this week I decided to register for a half marathon in Oct. I have 6 months to train and I need to start today. I already when for a long bike ride last night. Training for this marathon will definitely set me on the healthy track.’

    For trying to drink more water — Carry a bottle with you wherever you go. Always have it with you. That might help.

  6. Congrats on what you have accomplished! I started a lifestyle change (organic, whole food and exercise) about 3 weeks ago. I’ve lost more inches than pounds (6 inches compared to 3.5 pounds), and I feel pretty good about it. 🙂 Here’s to being healthy!
