This weekend…. I will be going to see my mom (dad is in the hospital), doing laundry on Saturday. Sunday will be Easter presents and basket for my 2 year old, the Easter brunch at church (where he will get even more candy from hubby’s family), then off to my parent’s house again for presents and Easter dinner :). I’m going to just enjoy not havin to cook for most holidays while it lasts!
I have a 6 year old daughter. Shes our baby girl. My sons are older teens to adults, that no longer live at home.
I wanted to make Easter a little special for her. Her and I plan on coloring eggs tomorrow. Then Sunday early in the morning, before the sun rises. We will be going to the beach to do a Easter egg hunt with her.

Trying to help my my 4 and three year old grand Children have a Happy Easter, because their Father found a woman on line and left the state 3 weeks ago, , so that is what i am doing!
Planning on coloring eggs with our kids, and we have been told the Easter Bunny is very busy but he is supposed to be dropping off Baskets and Eggs filled with goodies for the kids to find. And probably just a regular dinner of whatever is easiest to cook :).
We’re going to brunch with the family…that’s about all the plans we have 🙂
My family and I are going to my mom’s and fixing dinner there. She was just diagnosed with breast cancer in January so this Easter is going to be extra special for our family <3

Hi and Happy Easter. We are not doing anything this Easter. In fact, I am working. I am a single mom now since the divorce so I will be home working.
It’s my 8 mo old twins first Easter so we are hosting my in laws family on Sunday along with my brother plus my hubby and I get to sing a beautiful tenebrae service for our friend at a nuns retirement home. It might sound silly but we sing beautiful music and Gracie and tommy get to hear mommy and daddy perform for the first time. It’s their first Good Friday and their first choral concert!!!
Go fishing..go to my boyfriends family for awhile..then have Chinese for easter dinner.. alittle something different this year!!

No plans here just going to try and get some much needed house work done and going to go set with Hubby during the days. Had to put him in a nursing home this week for short time for rehab to get his legs working again.
Saturday is my boyfriends birthday and we will be doing easter with his side of the family.. Easter breakfast at my moms and then dinner at my uncles so we will be staying busy.
Oh way too much! I need to clean the house, get groceries and work. The for Easter we go to church, have lunch, and then hunt eggs!

This Easter will be my baby girl’s first Easter. She is 5 months old. We probably will go to a park where they have egg hunt. Later in the evening, my mother in law will cook traditional Polish Easter dinner for us.

Of course spending some time with the family for easter, but I also have a 5 page paper to write for college, so I will be working on that. I am writing it on my sister in law’s book she wrote, so it shouldn’t be too hard to write though 🙂

No plans really… some gardening tomorrow, maybe. On Easter Sunday, the kids will get their baskets in the morning and have a small egg hunt in the house, in the afternoon my mom will come over and we’ll have a big hung outside…. play some games and have a ham dinner.
With surgery pending for Thursday, the 4th of April, my family and I will be spending family time together and wrapping up any pending responsibilities that may need to be addressed while I am in the hospital. Sure would be fun to have some extra $ to spend for a new book to take with me. Thanks for the opportunity to enter.

We just got back from a week at my SIL’s, so this weekend is catch up with laundry and helping out my mom.
Grandparents are visiting, so we’ll have a nice family Easter with church and a good dinner! Of course, the Easter bunny will arrive the night before, and the boys will have fun hunting for eggs and diving into their Easter baskets!
For the first time we are going to our older son’s home to celebrate Easter there.

Spring break started for us today. We’re doing a Harry Potter “marathon” over the next 3 days and watching all the movies in order. Later in the week we’re taking our grandson on his first train ride.

Celebrating Easter with my love. This is not only a spiritual day for us, it’s a day we remember those no longer with us. Easter was a huge family celebration with both of our families…so we make the ham, deviled eggs, raise a glass to toast great memories. Hope your celebration is a joy!

we went to egg hunt. my eldest got a prize egg for a girls Easter basket. then we had lunch with friends. my 1&4 yr old napped then we ordered pizza and watched Disney movie marathon on abc family. then tommorrow well do church then a small family dinner or brunch after finding eggs and their baskets. Easter bunny has brought them a jeep. hope it’s in the 50s and sunny.

I’m going to Sunrise Service & Breakfast at church in the morning & then I’m off to work. We’re having an Easter Egg Hunt, Coloring Contest & Scavenger Hunt at Amish Acres & I’m in charge of the prizes for the Scavenger Hunt.
I will attend the usual morning and evening church services and just take it easy during the day. I had some medical testing done today, so I hadn’t planned to make a big dinner on Sunday. I hope everybody has a wonder Resurrection Day!

celebrating my husband’s birthday today and then tomorrow church and then a big meal (made by me) at our house! first easter without my mom-in-law but hopefully it doesn’t end up containing any sadness! He is Risen!!! Such a day for joy and hope!!

This weekend we spent some time at a Farmer’s Market and then dyed eggs and did an egg hunt this morning.. Spent the afternoon just hanging out with our little family of 4 (as we just moved to the other side of the country from the rest of our family)… then for dinner, we grilled burgers and brats! It wasn’t the traditional Easter Dinner I am used to having in Kansas, but who says we can’t make this our new tradition. Spent a little time on the phone with my dad for the Easter greetings… now, organizing coupons and hoping for a relaxing rest of the night!

Plans were pretty exciting. Folded laundry and scrubbed the floor- and the highlight of the weekend was cleaning out my van, since yesterday was the warmest day we’ve had in like 4 months. 😀 We went to a restaurant for their Easter buffet- no cooking, no dirty dishes.
Today was my daughters first Easter! She is only 2 1/2 months old but she got to hold her first Easter egg! We went to families house and had an early dinner! Now we are relaxing and watching TV before I read to her and put her to bed!
We had a great weekend! Cooked big meals, spent time with family, played with the kids, did crafts….Love times like this! I feel so blessed!
