The Tenth Week......... I am in my tenth week on the Nutrisystem diet. I finally got my results from Achilles tendon MRI, and it looks like there is no tear and I am cleared to get back to the gym! I am very excited about this news and plan to step it up at the gym and step up my weight loss! I am looking to double my weight loss in the next few weeks!
